Talk Yoga™ for 4-5 year olds

Led by Christina White, MS CCC-SLP, Talk Yoga™ combines evidence-based speech and language principles with the benefits of the ancient practice of yoga poses, breathing, and mindfulness strategies. It can help children learn to express themselves in an inclusive, client-centered environment where they are free to explore, to express, to play, and to learn! Parents and caregivers are welcome to join in the class with their child. If the child is not yet potty trained or needs support with toileting, we require the parent/caregiver to stay on the premises for the duration of the class.
